Criminal Law
Shehzhadee Law Corporation provides legal representation to individuals and entities facing prosecution by government agencies. We have appeared before all levels of Court, in both blue-collar and white-collar crimes.
We recognise that criminal prosecution is a daunting experience for most and are committed to guiding you through the rigorous process. Be it to draft Letters of Representation, mitigate the lowest possible sentence in a Plead Guilty hearing, or defend your case tirelessly through a Criminal Trial, we will ensure quality representation for you.
We also strongly believe in fairness and justice for those who may not possess the resources. Especially in the practice of criminal law, we actively take on both low-bono and pro-bono cases. Our Managing Director is a volunteer lawyer under the Law Society’s Criminal Legal Aid Scheme.
We also provide advice to victims of potential criminal offences, including lodging of the relevant reports to the various agencies.
